Here I have created a Mary Poppins costume! This was super easy they have racks and racks of black skirts and white shirts!! I happened to score big time and found the perfect Mary Poppins top!!!! It was a size Large but I easily took it in to give it more shape and to fit me better! so don’t be afraid to look through all sizes if your looking for something specific! I am so excited about this! They even had all the accessories. Black hat, silk flower to add, red belt, and an umbrella! I will use my own black tights and black high heels but if you don’t have some they have tons of shoes in all sizes too! here is the breakdown:
Skirt $5.00, Shirt $3.00, Hat $3.00, Flower .25, Belt $2.00, Umbrella $1.50= $14.75 for the whole outfit!

This Hiccup costume from How to Train a Dragon 2 was seriously brand new! It even had the mask and everything! total cost= $4.00
